大型油变压器垂直高位注油和油循环的问题探讨

Discussion on Oiling from Vertical High Position and Oil Circulation for Large-scale Oil Transformer

随着城市现代化建设的加速进行,对发电、变电及输电设备的设计和安装都提出了新的要求,城市建筑用地日趋减少,为此有的变电站需要建在地下,介绍了安装在地下大型油变压器的注油及油循环过程。此种注油和热油循环方式有以下难点:采用高位对地下变压器本体注油;注油后采用高位滤油机和低位变压器配合进行热油循环。

With the acceleration of urban modernization construction,for power generation, substation and transmission equipment design and installation, new demands have been put forward. With dwindling urban building land, some substations have to be built underground, this paper explains the oiling and hot oil circulation process of the large underground transformer. Such oiling and hot oil circulation method has the following difficulties：oiling to underground transformer body from high position;after oiling and the hot oil circulating in coordination of the oil filter on high position with transformer on low position.
