2/100Hz电针对NK细胞活性、吞噬功能和细胞因子的后效应作用

摘要 目的:探讨2/100 Hz电针(EA)对人体NK细胞活性、吞噬功能和细胞因子的后效应影响。方法:应用形态学、MTT和ELISA方法,给予健康人每天2/100 Hz EA 30 min,观察电针对NK细胞活性、吞噬功能和细胞因子的作用。结果:在2/100 Hz EA的第1、3 d和停EA后的前2 d,NK细胞活性明显升高(P<0.01),在停EA后的第3 d恢复到EA前水平;在末次EA的当天和停EA后的第1 d IL-2和IL-6均有明显升高(P<0.05),且在停EA后的第2 d恢复到EA前水平,而IL-4、IL-10、IL-12、TNF-α及IFN-γ均没有明显变化;在EA的第1、3 d及停EA后3 d,吞噬百分率均明显高于EA前水平(P<0.01),且基本保持在同一个水平;在EA的第1、3 d和及停EA后3 d,吞噬指数均明显高于EA前水平(P<0.01),且有上升趋势。结论:2/100 Hz电针可显著增强人体的NK细胞活性、吞噬功能和细胞因子作用,并且其针效存在后效应。 Objective:To explore the post-effects of 2/100 Hz electroacupuncture (EA) on NK cell activity,phagocytic function and cytokine in human. Methods: Application of morphology,MTT and ELISA method,given to healthy people daily electrical acupoint stimulation for 30 minutes,to detect the effect of 2/100 Hz EA on NK cell activity,cytokines and phagocyte function in human. Results: In the 1、3 d and the last 2 d of 2/100 Hz EA treatment,NK cell activity was significantly increased (P〈0. 01) ,and in the 3rd day after EA restore to the level before the EA treatment; in and 1 d after last day of EA,IL-2 and IL-6 were significantly enhanced (P〈0. 05) ,and recovered in the 2nd day after EA. while IL-4, IL-10,IL-12,IFN-α and TNF-γ had no significant changes; in the 1,3 d and 3 days after EA,the phagocytic percentage was significantly higher than the EA level (P〈0. 01) with the same level in each day and phagocytic index were significantly higher,with an upward trend. Conclusion: 2/100 Hz EA could increase NK cell activity,cytokine and phagocyte function in human and its existence of post-effects.
