阴道三维彩超联合宫腔镜诊治阴道斜隔综合征的临床分析

Clinic analysis of diagnosis and treatment of patients with oblique vaginal septum syndrome by combination of hysteroscopy with 3-DTVS

目的:探讨阴道三维彩超联合宫腔镜在阴道斜隔综合征的诊断与治疗的价值。方法:回顾性分析7例经阴道三维彩超诊断阴道斜隔综合征患者行宫腔镜检查并行宫腔镜下电切治疗。结果:诊断为Ⅰ型1例,Ⅱ型4例,Ⅲ型2例;术后随访6月～3年,临床治愈率为100%。结论:阴道三维彩超联合宫腔镜诊治阴道斜隔综合征安全、准确、微创。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of diagnosis and treatment of Combination of hysteroscopy with 3DTVS in patients with oblique vaginal septum syndrome.Methods： 7 patients with oblique vaginal septum syndrome were examined and treated by hysteroscope and 3-DTVS.Results： 1 patient was diagnosed as type Ⅰ,4 patients as type Ⅱ,2 patients as type Ⅲ.Median follow-up time after surgery was 6 month ～ 3 years.A complete recovery rate was 100%.Conclusions： Combination of hysteroscopy with 3-DTVS is a reliable,accurate,minimal invasive diagnostic and treatment technique for patients with vaginal septum syndrome.
