阴囊急症的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值

Scrotal emergency diagnosis value of color doppler ultrasound

目的:评价高频彩色多普勒超声在阴囊急症诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:对61例阴囊急症的彩色多普勒超声检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:睾丸扭转14例,急性附睾或睾丸炎38例,急性阴囊、睾丸挫伤9例;61例阴囊急症的彩超诊断与临床及病理一致。睾丸扭转时超声表现睾丸附睾分界不清、睾丸上提呈横位、内部血供明显减少甚至无血供;急性附睾或睾丸炎时超声表现附睾增大,尤以附睾尾明显,附睾或睾丸回声减弱欠均匀,血供增多;急性阴囊睾丸挫伤时表现阴囊增大、囊壁增厚、回声减弱,睾丸包膜中断、回声不均匀或局部呈混合回声、周围积液。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声在阴囊急症诊断及鉴别诊断中有较高的应用价值。

Objective：To evaluate the high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the scrotal emergency application value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods： 61 cases of scrotal diseases of color doppler ultrasound examination data were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 14 cases of testicular torsion,38 cases of acute orchitis or epididymis,9 cases of acute scrotal and testicular trauma;61 cases of scrotal diseases colour to exceed consistent with clinical and pathological diagnosis.Sonographic findings when testicular torsion with no clear boundary between testicle Epididymisand testes on internal blood decreased significantly in horizontal position,even without blood supply;Sonographic findings of acute epididymal orchitis or epididymis increased,especially in the tail of epididymis,epididymis or testis echo weakened owe evenly,increase blood supply;Increase acute scrotum testicular contusion in the scrotum,cystic wall thickening,echo was abate,testicular capsular interrupt,echo uneven or local mixed echo,the surrounding fluid.Conclusion： High frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the scrotal emergency has higher application value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
