摘要 目的:探讨溶血磷脂酸(lysophosphatidic acid,LPA)在乳腺癌中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法:采用LPA生化测定法检测乳腺肿瘤患者和健康妇女的血浆LPA水平。结果:术后复发转移乳腺癌患者血浆LPA的表达水平均显著高于局限期乳腺癌和良性乳腺肿瘤患者及健康妇女(P均<0.01),乳腺癌术后骨转移患者血浆LPA的表达水平明显高于其它脏器转移组(P<0.05)。结论:检测LPA的表达水平对乳腺癌的转移可能有一定的预测作用,尤其是骨转移。 Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinic significance of the plasma LPA in patients with breast cancer.Method: The plasma LPA level was detected by LPA biochemistry kit in healthy volunteers,and patients with benign breast tumor.Result: The plasma LPA level was significantly higher in patients with metastatic breast cancer than that in patients with local breast cancer(P 0.01),benign breast tumor(P 0.01),and healthy volunteers(P 0.01).Interestingly,The plasma LPA level was significantly higher in patients with bone metastatic breast cancer than that with other organs metastases breast cancer(P 0.05).Conclusion: The expression level of detection of LPA maybe have some predictable effects on metastatic breast cancer,especially bone metastases.
