Progress in Research on Application of DC-CIK Cells Immunotherapy for Tumor

伴随生物技术的突飞猛进,在恶性肿瘤的治疗中使用免疫治疗手段成为研究的热点,生物免疫治疗日益成为肿瘤治疗的一种新途径,特别是树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)结合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(CIK)对恶性实体瘤展现了优异疗效。本文就DC细胞以及CIK细胞生物学特性和它们于临床抗肿瘤的作用进行综述。

With the development of biological technology,immunotherapy of cancer has been the focus of tumor treatment study.Immunotherapy is a new approach for tumor treatment,obtained prominent curative effect,especially cytokine induced killer（CIK） cells in combination with dendritic cells（DCs） in solid tumor.In this article,the progress on their Biology study and clinical practice for cancer is reviewed in the past few years.
