Evaluation on External Knowledge Acquisition Capability of Enterprise in Open Innovation

界定了开放式创新和外部知识获取能力的概念定义,从外部知识获取战略、知识识别能力、知识获取方式、知识传递路径、员工知识学习能力和知识获取技术六个方面构建开放式创新中外部知识获取能力评价指标体系,并利用模糊一致偏好关系确定各级指标的权重。针对外部知识获取能力难以量化描述的特点,利用改进的云评价方法构建外部知识获取能力的综合云评价模型。最后,以某石油装备制造企业为例,阐述了开放式创新中外部知识获取能力评价过程,并分析了评价结果。

This paper defines the concepts of open innovation and external knowledge acquisition capability. And it constructs the evaluation in- dex system of external knowledge acquisition capability in open innovation from six aspects of external knowledge acquisition strategy, knowl- edge identification capability,knowledge acquisition mode, knowledge transfer path, staff knowledge learning capability and knowledge acquisi- tion technology, and uses the fuzzy preference relation to determine the weights of indexes at all levels. According to the characteristic that exter- nal knowledge acquisition capability is difficult to descript quantitatively,it uses the improved evaluation method based on the cloud theory to build the comprehensive evaluation model for external knowledge acquisition capability. Finally, it selects an oil equipment manufacturing enter- prise as the example to expound the evaluation process of external knowledge acquisition capability in open innovation,and analyzes the evalua- tion results.
