摘要
在理论研究的基础上,建立贝叶斯网络模型分析团队社会资本对变革型领导影响团队创新绩效的调节作用,通过拟合问卷数据样本得到节点间的条件概率分布。实证研究结果表明:团队社会资本与变革型领导的不同组合对团队创新绩效具有不同影响;团队社会资本对变革型领导影响团队创新绩效具有调节作用。
Based on the theoretical research, this paper constructs a Bayes network model to study the impact of transformational leadership on R&D team's performance considering the moderation effect of social capital. And it obtains the conditional probability distribution between dif- ferent nodes through fitting the data samples of questionnaire investigation. Empirical results show that the different combinations of social cap- ital and transformational leadership have different effects on innovation performance of R&D team, and social capital moderate the effect of transformational leadership on team's innovation performance.
