摘要
研究了在中空纤维膜器中用未纯化的二 (2 ,4,4-三甲基戊基 )硫代膦酸 (Cyanex30 2 )萃取锌的传质动力学 .考察了料液酸度、萃取剂浓度、料液的流速、萃取剂的流速及金属离子浓度等因素对传质系数的影响 ,考察了氢离子浓度、金属离子浓度、萃取剂浓度与萃取速率的关系 ,获得了相应的反应级数 ,计算得到了速率常数值 ,动力学方程为 :R=7.2 2× 10 - 5 Vc0 .85 2[HL] c0 .5 2 4Zn2 + c- 0 .2 6 4H+ / S.
The kinetics of mass transfer in extraction of zinc with raw Cyanex302 on hollow fiber membrane assembly was studied. The effects of feed solution acidity, concentration of Cyanex302 and metal ions, and flow rates of aqueous and organic phases on the mass transfer coefficients were discussed. The kinetic equation is derived as follows R=7.22×10^-5·V·c^0.852__[HL]·c^0.524__Zn^2+·c^-0.264__H^+/S and the reaction rate constants were calculated.
