新型石膏麦秸复合材料的制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 探索了实验室条件下菱镁凝胶改性石膏基麦秸复合材料的制备工艺。尝试通过进行不同的前处理方式(热水处理、热碱处理和木聚糖酶处理)对麦秸进行表面处理,提高纤维添料的表面润湿性,增强复合材料的力学性能。利用正交实验L9(34)确定料膏比、菱镁/石膏之间比例以及麦秸预处理方法对复合板性能的影响规律,测试板材物理力学性能,对数据进行分析,比较各因素间的显著性,得出了最佳的工艺配比,同时分析了各因素对改性石膏麦秸复合材料力学性能的影响。 This study explores modified magnesium gel plaster straw composite material preparation process in laboratory conditions. Try to use different pretreatment methods (hot water treatment, hot alkali treatment and xylanase treatment) to treat wheat straw surface, improve surface wettability of the fiber addition and the mechanical properties of composite materials. Using orthogonal experiments L9 (34) to determine the material paste ratio, ratio between magnesium/gypsum as well as the effects of straw pretreatment methods on the properties of composite panels, physical and mechanical properties of test board, analyzing the data, comparison between various factors of significance, obtaining the best craft formula, and analyzing the various factors affect the performance of modified plaster straw compound material mechanics.
