摘要
针对目前国内外对木材纳米的研究现状,结合当代对木材微纤丝认识,突破传统制取木纤维等微小木丝,拟采高速对碾磨盘的机械方法制取木材微纤丝,可以有效降低化学污染。本论文提出了微纤丝制取设备设计方案,并建立简单二维模型,对关键零部件进行设计分析,为以后制取微纤丝,发展其潜在价值奠定一定的研究基础。
According to the nano wood research present situation at home and abroad, combining with the contemporary on Wood Microfibril research, breaking through the traditional preparation of wood fiber and other small wood, adopting the high speed of the milling disc mechanical method for wood microfibril.This paper presents a design scheme of microfibril preparation equipment, and the establishment of a simple two-dimensional model and design on the key parts, providing the certain research base for the future of developing microfibril.
