新产品开发团队即兴及其影响因素的仿真分析 被引量:2

A simulation analysis of new product development team improvisation and its influencing factors

摘要 在动荡变化的环境下,即兴发挥能够帮助新产品开发团队获取创新能力和提升运作效率因而成为一种有效的应对方法.为了更好分析团队即兴的变化规律,在构建系统动力学仿真模型的基础上,综合考虑团队即兴及其影响因素之间的相互影响.仿真结果表明:团队压力、团队协作质量和团队稳定的增加会提升团队即兴水平;团队即兴可以通过提升绩效来降低压力,同时促进团队协作质量和团队稳定;绩效目标和动荡环境的大幅度变化会对即兴水平降低产生较大的间接影响;领导能力降低对即兴水平降低的间接影响较小;只有组织背景支持较多和团队成员具备适中能力时,两者才能够对即兴提升产生较大的间接影响. Improvisational behavior enables new product development teams to acquire innovative capabilities and improve operation efficiency to deal with turbulent environments. In order to analyze the change of team improvisa?tion, a system dynamic model was built to explore the intricate relationship between team improvisation and its in?fluencing factors. The simulation results indicate team stress, teamwork quality and team stability have a positive impact on team improvisation. By increasing team performance, team improvisation can relieve stress and promote teamwork quality and stability. The fluctuation of performance goals and environmental turbulence can indirectly de?crease the level of improvisation. As noted the reduction of the leader capabilities does not have a big indirect im?pact on improvisation;only a higher level of organizational context support and a moderate level of team expertise can exert a great indirect positive influence on improvisation.
