外语教育改革的“文化尺度”——基于我国外语教育文化功能的思考 被引量:3

摘要 外语教育改革,集多元文化变迁于一身,其复杂性和难度不言而喻。既往外语教育缺乏文化自觉,没有提出恰当的文化尺度;而外语教育的每个环节都或多或少地影响着外语教育文化尺度的落实。当前中国外语教育改革呼唤"文化尺度",就是要诉诸价值澄清、坚持其传播交流、调适冲突、变迁融合等文化解决的立场,用多元整合策略实现"文而化之",践履外语教育的文化使命。 Abstract: Foreign language education reform, of which complexity and difficulty has been self-evident sets multiple cultural changes on itself. Look back to its history, it always lacks cultural consciousness, and ha- ven't put forward appropriate cultural seale, while each cultural link of foreign language education, all more or less, affects the implementation of foreign language education culture scale. The current China's foreign language education reform is calling for "culture scale". The application of cuhure scale, which should re- sort to value clarification, sticking to its spread and communication, adjustment of conflict, change and inte- gration, is to realize "solving and turning by culture" and practice foreign language education's cultural mis- sion with multiple integration strategy.
