杉木2.5代种子园开花物候遗传变异分析 被引量:21

摘要 在小坑林场2009年营建的杉木2.5代种子园中选择20个建园无性系,于2012年2月和3月开展开花物候观测。数据分析结果表明:各无性系间的始花期、盛花期和末花期存在极显著差异;同一无性系的雌雄花在始花期、盛花期上的差别也达到极显著水平,而在末花期上的差别未达到显著水平,说明同一无性系的雌雄花末花期较一致、重叠程度高,这可能会导致很大程度的自花授粉,也可能是造成杉木种子中涩粒含量高的原因之一。另外,各无性系始花期、盛花期的重复力极高,而末花期的重复力相对较低,表明始花期、盛花期受高度的遗传控制,末花期则受环境影响相对较大;极高的重复力显示了杉木种子园营建时对花期同步性进行选择将是非常有效的。 The flowering phenology observation was conducted from February to March in 2012 on 20 G'unnmg- hamia lanceolata clones chosen from the 2.5 generation seed orchard, which was set up in 2009 in Xiaokeng Forest Farm. The results indicated that there ware extremely significant differences in the initial blooming stage (referred as phase I ) , full blooming stage (referred as phase 2) and end blooming stage ( referred as phase 3 ) among the clones. There was also extremely significant difference in phase 1 and phase 2 between the female and male strobi- lus of the same clone, but there was no significant difference in the phase 3 between the female and male strobilus of the same clone, suggesting there was a high overlay in phase 3 of the female and male strobilus, which, might lead to a very high level of self-pollination that would be one of the reasons to produce large proportion of shrunken
