高效澄清池+滤池工艺在钢铁冶金综合污水处理与回用工程中的应用

摘要 钢铁企业综合污水处理与回用技术受到人们愈来愈广泛的关注。钢铁企业生产过程中排出的废水主要来源于生产工艺过程用水、设备与产品冷却水、设备与场地清洗水,废水成分(不包括焦化废水)主要以无机悬浮物、油类、CODcr、硬度为主,废水的成分及回用目标决定了其处理工艺主要以物理化学法为主。主要结合实际工程介绍该方法的具体应用。该工艺流程用于处理酒泉钢铁(集团)有限责任公司厂区综合污水,处理水量16万m^3/d。处理运行稳定,出水水质达到设计要求,可作为酒钢厂区生产水的补充水回用。工程实践再次证明,高效澄清池+滤池处理工艺适合在钢铁企业生产污水处理与回用工程中应用。 Technologies of sewage treatment and reuse in iron and steel enterprises attracted more and more attention. Wastewater in the production process of iron and steel enterprises is majorly from water for production of process, cooling water for equipment and products, cleaning water for equipment and grounds. Wastewater mainly composed of inorganic suspended solids, oil, CODcr, hardness (excluding eoking wastewater). The composition of the wastewater and its reusing purpose determined that the main treatment technology is physical and chemical method. In this paper, a specific application of this technology on practical project is provided. The process is used for handling sewage, treated water 160,000 m3 / d of Jiuquan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. Factory. The operation process is stable, water quality meet the design requirements, the processed water can be reused in the production of Jiuquan Steel factory. Again, the practical project proved that high-effect clarifier + filter treatment process is suitable for applications in the sewage treatment and reuse project at the production process of iron and steel enterprises.
