基础医学七年制的临床课程教学及实习是加强基础与临床相结合的重要环节,为以后医学科学研究中的基础研究和临床研究打下坚实基础。而临床教学管理工作是医学生临床教学实习工作顺利实施和完成的重要保障之一。为加强基础与临床相结合,培养拔尖基础医学人才,结合教学工作中的体会提出一些建议。

The chnical course and practice of the basic medical seven-year program is a important part for strengthening combination basic and clinical practice. It can also lay a solid foundation for the subsequent medical research including basic research and clinical research. The teaching management of clinical major is one of important leverages for both implementation and accomplishment of edu- cation work for medical student clinical practices. The author combines his experience in teaching to make some suggestions about how to strengthen the combination between the basic and clinical to develop top talents of basic medical science.
