英国微格教学在师资培训中的应用

摘要英国根据自己的国情,以认知主义为指导,创新地采用"社会心理学模式"和"认知结构模式"进行微格教学。这两种教学模式在对传统的"行为改变模式"微格教学扬弃的基础上,既保留了传统微格教学的优点,也充分关注师资培训自身的教学风格和个性发展。但是,由于认知主义理论自身的局限性,两者均可能产生负向的效果。
