摘要
为了解决无机和高分子絮凝剂处理的水体对人体有害、且产生二次污染等问题,本文采用富集培养、稀释平板分离法从活性污泥中筛选出一株具有稳定、高絮凝活性的细菌XN-5作为生物絮凝剂菌株,并通过试验研究了该菌株在不同培养时间、初始pH值、装液量和絮凝剂投入量条件下的絮凝率以及絮凝活性分布。结果表明:通过生化显色反应初步确定该菌株产生的絮凝剂主要是多糖类胞外产物;在初始pH值为7、絮凝剂投入量为2mL/100mL高岭土悬浊液、培养时间为48h、装液量为50mL/250mL三角瓶的最佳培养条件下,该菌株产生的絮凝剂的絮凝率达到了93.1%。
