Exploration of Effective Ways to Promote the Implementation of the Main Body Responsibility of Safety Production in Enterprises from the Perspective of Human Care

企业安全生产主体责任的落实对企业长远发展具有重要的促进作用。作为企业的核心资源,员工能否健康发展关系着企业安全生产主体责任的落实水平。本文按照以人为本的发展理念,从生命的意义出发论述了企业引入人文关怀的必然性和重要性,并从生命关怀、道德关怀、权利关怀三个方面探讨了促进企业安全生产主体责任落实的有效途径,以为企业的安全管理工作提供借鉴。

The implementation of the main body responsibility of safety production in enterprises plays an impor tant role in promoting their longterm development. Employees are the core resources of enterprises and the healthy development of them relates to the implementation level of the main body responsibility of safety production. In the light of the peopleoriented development concept, this paper discusses the necessity and importance of introducing human care to enterprises, and then, from the aspects of concern for life and moral concern, discusses the effective ways to promote the implementation of the main body responsibility of safety production in enterprises,which will provide some references for the safety management work in enterprises.
