员工安全诚信与大五人格的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 安全诚信的缺失是造成安全生产事故的重要原因之一,对安全诚信及其前因变量———人格特质的研究对提升安全生产水平有着重要的意义。本文采用员工安全诚信测量问卷与大五人格调查问卷对某企业194名员工进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了相关性分析与分层回归分析。结果表明:在控制了人口统计学变量之后,大五人格因素所解释的员工安全诚信的方差变异量在安全诚信认知、安全诚信体验和安全诚信监控三个维度分别为3.5%、26.2%、27.2%,即神经质对安全诚信的认知维度有显著的预测作用,外倾性、宜人性和开放性对安全诚信的态度维度的预测作用显著,外倾性对违纪行为的认可、安全诚信的遵守和安全诚信的监督维度的预测作用显著。 Lack of safety integrity is one of the important causes of safety accidents,and it has great significance for the improvement of production safety to research on the relationship between the employees'safety integrity and its prevariables,personal characteristics. This paper tests 194 employees based on big five personality scale and safety integrity survey scale. The results show that 3.5 % variance of safety integrity awareness, 26.2 % variance of safety integrity experience and 27% variance of safety integrity monitoring can be explained by the big five personality based on correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis; exactly, neurotic is an effective predictor for the awareness of safety integrity; extraversion,agreeableness and openness play significant prediction roles in safety in tegrity;and extroversion has significant effects on the recognition of indiscipline,the observance of safety integrity and the supervision dimension in the prediction of safety integrity.
