糖尿病专业临床药师工作模式的探索

Study on the work mode of clinical pharmacist in DM field

目的:探讨建立我院临床药师在内分泌科(糖尿病)的工作模式。方法:通过参加糖尿病专业的学习和对临床工作的实践加以总结。结果:通过独立学习能力的培养、与患者和医务人员的有效沟通、对医药学信息等知识的运用,进行前瞻性地确定和解决与药物有关的问题。结论:临床药师工作模式的建立有助于临床药师更好的开展和提供药学服务。

Objective： To explore and establish work mode of clinical pharmacist in endocrinology （ Diabetes Mellitus） of our hospital. Methods：A summary was made through clinical work and study in DM field. Results： Problems about pharmacy could be prospectively determined and solved through cuhivating independent study ability, communicating with patients and medical staff more effectively and utilizing the knowledge. Conclusions ： The work pattern of the clinical pharmacist is beneficial to develop and offer phar- maceutical services.
