摘要
人性化管理作为一种现代企业管理方式,相对于其他类型的管理方式而言,是一种根本性的超越,是一种更高层次的管理方式。伴随着全球化经济的高速发展,国家经济活动日益频繁,人际交流日渐增多,迎来了难得的发展机遇,同时也面临着许多特别是管理中的挑战。在新的竞争环境下,随着以人为本的理念不断被提出,人性化管理已逐步上升为主流的管理理念,企业在人性化管理中暴露的问题也逐步被发现,解决这些问题已经刻不容缓。
Humanized management as one of modern enterprise management ways,compared with other types of management,is a higher level of management.With the development of globalization,the international economic activities have been increasingly frequent and the interpersonal communication have been ushered.Considering the new circumstances we are facing,we put forward the concept of the humanized management which has been gradually regarded as the mainstream.in the enterprise management.And some problems concerning the humanized management are discussed in this paper.
