摘要
改革开放以来,我国社会主义经济快速发展,各行各业面临的竞争压力也不断加大。企业要想获得平稳快速的发展,就必须采用规范合理的管理手段。现代化的营销管理手段也是促进企业平稳快速发展不可或缺的保障之一。虽然目前已经得到众多企业的认同和重视,但是目前企业所处的营销管理还停留在初级阶段,还不够成熟,存在着众多管理方面的问题和欠缺。试从营销管理的含义出发,简要阐述现今企业营销管理中存在的问题,以及我国企业加强营销管理的几点关键性体现,并且提出相应的解决措施,为企业加强营销管理起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Modern marketing management can promote the steady and rapid development of an enterprise,and it has become one of the essential elements to the development of an enterprise.Although it has been recognized by many enterprises,the marketing management is still stuck in its initial stages,there are a lot of problems needed to be solved.The paper elaborates the meaning of marketing management,how to strengthen the marketing and management and the key factors to improve the marketing management.
