The Role of Independent College Counselor in the Safety Work of Students

大学生安全教育工作是维护高校稳定发展,构建和谐美好校园的基础,也是维持校园秩序,保障学生安全的重要举措,独立学院辅导员作为学校安全教育工作的中坚力量,对大学生安全教育工作有着义不容辞的义务和责任。本文从加强对大学生进行日常安全教育,心理疏导、归寝巡检、建立健全班级安全工作规范等方面入手,帮助学生树立积极的安全防御意识,提高学生的安全应对技巧,做好安全教育工作。

Safety education ofuniversity students is the foundation ofmaintaining university＇ s stability and healthy development, as well as constructinga beautiful and harmonious campus. It is also an important measure to maintain campus order and protect the safety of students. Independent college counselors, as the backbone of the school safety education, have bounden obligations and responsibilities to the safety education of university students. By means of strengthening the day-to-day safety education for college students, such us psychological counseling, normalized sleep inspection, establishing and improving the class safe work practices, this paper aims at helping students to establish a positive sense of security and defense, improving the safety coping skills ofstudents, and doing yell in safety education.
