摘要
为满足电能量计量系统领域日益增长的扩展性、互联性需求,文中提出了一种基于IEC61970标准的电能量计量系统互联的结构模型,阐述了该方案下各类模型数据传输及相关功能模块的设计与实现。文中介绍了基于该平台的计量参数模型同步机制、数据传输处理进程,以及电能量计量相关业务的具体功能实现。该系统已经在浙江省电力公司及下属各地市公司的电能量计量系统互联工程中投入现场运行。
In order to meet the needs of scalability and interconnection for the field of the tele meter reading system, this paper proposes a structure model of the tele meter reading system interconnection based on the IEC61970, and elaborates design and implementation of data from various kinds of model transfer module and related modules. Further, this paper describes the principle of meter parameter synchronization, the process of data transfer, and implementation of businesses related with the tele meter reading. The system has been applied to the tele meter reading system in Zhejiang Electric Power Corporation and its affiliated companies.
