Design and Implementation of Planning Development and Economic Evaluation Control Platform for Electric Power Enterprises

为了解决大型发电集团项目前期规划发展与经济评价的实际业务需求,分析了发电集团多级责任主体项目前期规划发展与经济评价的一体化管控模式,基于全生命周期经济评价模型,利用计算机技术、通信技术及建模技术,设计了一套大集中部署的规划发展及经济评价管控平台,并在多家项目公司及分(子)公司得到了成功应用。

In order to meet actual business requirements of planning development and economic evaluation for the large power generation group＇s projects in their earlier stage, this paper analyzes an integrated management and control mode with multiple responsibility subjects in the power generation group, and designs a centralized management and control platform for project planning development and economic evaluation using a combinatory of the life-cycle economic evaluation model, computer technologies, communication technologies and modeling technologies. The platform has been successfully applied to many companies and their branches.
