摘要
本文通过文献资料评述了西红花的药理作用、西红花有效成份 -西红花糖甙的分离、制备、分析的方法。结合作者的实验 ,对这些方法作了评述和展望。
A growing body of evidence indicates that saffron possesses anticancer effect and treats angiocardiopathy and cerebrovascular disease.The report reviews the role of saffron in medicine and the methods of separation preparation and analyses of crocins,which are effect compounds.
