摘要
合成了一水合高氯酸三 (2 -苯并咪唑亚甲基 )胺合钴 ( )配合物 ,用单晶 X-射线衍射方法测定了它们的晶体结构。测定结果表明 ,该配合物属正交晶系 ,Pbcn(No.6 0 )空间群。晶胞参数 a=1 9.393(9) ,b=1 8.2 32(8) ,c=1 7.0 5 2 (8) ,α=β=γ=90 .0 0 0 (1 )°,V=6 0 2 9.3 3,Z=8,最终偏离因子 R1=0 .1 5 6。配合物中的金属Co( )原子与配体 NTB分子中的四个氮原子和高氯酸根中的一个氧原子形成扭曲三角双锥构型。
The titled complex C 24 H 22 N 7O 5ClCo·CH 3OH was prepared by tris(2 benzimidazylmethyl) amine with cobalt perchlorted.The crystal structures were determined by X ray diffractometry.The results show that Co(Ⅱ) complex is orthorhombic,space group Pbcn with a=19.393(9),b=18.232(8),c=17.052(8),α=β=γ=90.00(1)°,V=6029.3 3,Z=8.The final refinement converged to R 1=0.156.The cobalt atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from NTB and one oxygen atom from ClO 4 to form a distorted trigonal bipyramid configuration.
