Morisky问卷测量维吾尔族慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性的信度和效度

Evaluation on reliability and validity on morisky questionnaire of compliance for take medicine of uighur patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨Morisky问卷测量维吾尔族慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性的信度和效度的评价。方法利用Morisky问卷对124例维吾尔族慢性心力衰竭患者进行服药依从性评价,分析Morisky问卷测量维吾尔族慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性的信度和效度。结果问卷有效率为98.39%。Morisky问卷信度总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.759,重测系数为0.886(P<0.05),折半信度为0.733。公因子的累计变异量为58.98%,5个项目载荷值分别为0.772,0.798,0.832,0.711和0.732。Morisky问卷得分(2.18±1.56)与服药依从性评估问卷得分(6.09±2.17)相关系数r=0.608,P<0.05。结论 Morisky问卷用于测量维吾尔族慢性心力衰竭患者服药依从性具有良好的信度和效度,且简单易行适合临床调查应用。

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Morisky questionnaire of compliance for taking medicine in Uighur patients with Chronic Heart Failure. Methods 124 Uighur patients with chronic heart fail- ure were selected and asked to fill a Morisky questionnaire about the medication compliance. To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Morisky questionaire. Results The recovery rate was 98.39%. The Cronbach＇s otof questionaire was 0.759 and the validity on the questionnaire was also preferable. The test-retesting correlation was 0. 886 （ P 〈 0.05 ） , Spilit reliability was 0. 733. The whole variance of the factor was 58.98%. The load - carrying of 5 items were 0. 772 ,0. 798 ,0. 832 ,0. 711 and 0.732. The correlation coefficient P values between scale scores and all entries 0.05 （r = 0. 608, P 〈 0.05 ） and the content validities was preferable. Conclusion The reliability and validity on the Morisky questionnaire of compliance for taking medicine in Uighur patients with Chronic Heart Failure are preferable, and convenient for the clinical use.
