中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment the clinical curative effect of cerebral infarction

目的观察中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年1月—2011年5月诊治的78例脑梗死患者随机分为2组,治疗组39例,在常规西医治疗基础上加补阳还五汤,每日1剂,每日2次口服,共用14 d;对照组39例予以常规抗血小板凝集、改善微循环和对症等西医治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.9%,对照组总有效率为87.2%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗脑梗死疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicinecombined with cerebral infarction. Methods Our hospital in January 2009 - May 2011 diagnosis and treatment of 78 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group （39 cases, on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus tonifying Yang also five decoction, a dose of daily, taken orally twice a day, sharing of 14 days. Control group 39 cases shall be regular anti platelet aggregation, improve microcirculation and symptomatic treatment of western medicine. Results Treatment group efficiency 94.9%, the control group significant efficiency was 87.2%, the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
