摘要
目的分析妇产科护士的职业风险,制订相应的防护措施。方法采用问卷调查的形式对我院18名在职妇产科护士进行工作状况调查,内容包括基本情况、职业暴露以及自我防护。结果有95%的护士及100%的助产士有污物接触及污染情况,均有防护不当出现。结论妇产科护士存在职业暴露风险且职业防护意识较差,只有加强职业防护知识普及及职业暴露处理措施,才能提高自我防护意识。
Objective to explore the gynecology and obstetrics nurse career risk in the work, summed up the gynecology and obstetrics nurses of occupational protection should be taken in the clinical work. Methods use the questionnaire in the form of our 18 maternity nurse working condition investigation, including the basic situation, occupational exposure and self-protection. Results with 95% 100% of nurses and midwives contamination have contact and pollution situation, were improper protective measures. Conclusion maternity nurses occupational exposure risk and occupational protection consciousness is poorer, only strengthen the occupational protection knowledge popularization and occupational exposure treatment measures, to improve the self protection consciousness.
