摘要
蜗轮蜗杆变速箱主要用于传递交错轴之间的回转运动,广泛应用在机床、汽车、农业机械、工程机械中。笔者首先在solidworks环境下对箱体、蜗轮、蜗杆进行三维设计,构建三维模型;然后利用simlation对箱体、蜗杆进行有限元分析;最后根据分析结果对三维模型进行优化设计。该设计方法提高了设计效率,实现了参数化设计分析。
Worm gearbox is mainly used for transfer rotary motion between the axes staggered,widely used in machine tools,automobiles,agricultural machinery,construction machinery.Firstly,author designed three-dimensional of the box,worm gear,worm under solidworks environment,and built three-dimensional model;then used simlation for finite element analysis;finally,optimized the design according to results of the analysis of three-dimensional model.The design methods improved the design efficiency,achieved a parametric design analysis.
