摘要 挖掘机拼焊式基座由于自身强度不足等原因,在使用过程中往往易出现焊缝易开裂,甚至散架的现象,为提高基座在恶劣工况下的可靠性,进行了大量的技术攻关及工艺试验研究,并成功开发出质量和性能指标完全符合市场需要的整体式基座新产品,推动了国产挖掘机行业的技术进步,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 Excavator welding bearing seat because of its strength and other reasons,in use process,are often prone to weld cracking,even breaking.In order to improve the bearing seat of reliability in harsh conditions,tests were conducted on the technology and process large,and successfully developed the quality and performance of products in full compliance with the new integral bearing seat the needs of the market,to promote the technological progress of domestic excavator industry,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
