摘要
目前机械制造工业正朝着高精度、高效率、高品质、集成化的方向发展,尤其是精密仪器的制造,这就对数控机床的加工精度提出了更高要求。笔者对数控铣床几何误差产生的因素进行了细分,通过三轴数控铣床几何误差补偿技术缩小误差值,能够满足数控铣床加工设备的精度需要。
The mechanical manufacturing industry towards high precision,high efficiency,high quality,integrated development,particularly in the manufacturing of precision instruments,the machining accuracy of the NC machine tool has put forward higher requirements.The factors of NC milling machine error geometry segmentation,through compensation technique of three axis NC milling machine geometric error reduced error value,can meet the precision processing equipment CNC milling machine.
