低地板桥齿轮箱起支撑保持旋转齿轮正确位置作用。笔者以一面两销作为精加工基准,选用立、卧式加工中心和专用夹具以实现零件的加工工艺过程,在实施过程中不断改进工艺,并达到批量生产的要求。

Gearbox of low floor axle supports and maintains the rotating gear to the correct position;use one face and two pins as reference of fine machining,use horizontal type CNC and special fixtures to realise and continuously improve the machining process to meet the requirements of mass production.
