摘要
介绍了YB45包装机组剔除装置剔除情况,通过对YB45包装机组剔除装置的结构性能缺陷进行系统分析,并改进剔除后的斜导板,杜绝剔除装置缺陷,造成的剔除过多时,2号或者3号轮转动并带动剔除的烟包,进而打坏模盒造成停机的情况。
This paper introduces eliminating device elimination YB45 packing machine,system through the analysis of the structure of performance defects of removing YB45 device packaging unit,and improve the inclined guide plate is removed,to eliminate defects caused by the device,eliminating excessive No.2 or no.3 wheel to rotate and drive out the cigarette packet,and then broke the mould box caused stop.
