摘要 列管式换热器是化工生产中热量交换的关键设备,管板与换热管的连接是这类化工容器的关键部位,通常情况下换热器管子与管板连接都采用胀焊结合的加工工艺,究竟是先焊后胀还是先胀后焊的好,在实际使用中存在争论。笔者详细分析了两种连接加工方法,各自的优劣性及适用范围,并以实际生产当中的设备为例进行了说明,目的在于为实际生产选择合理的制造工艺,保证管子与管板连接接头的质量提供参考。 Shell and tube heat exchanger is a key equipment of heat exchange in chemical production,the tube plate and the connecting tube heat exchanger is a key component of this type of vessel for chemical industry.Normally,the processing technology of tube and tube plate of heat exchanger is connected with the expanded-and-welded,there is controversy in practical use about what is the first welding expand first or weld.In this paper,a detailed analysis of the two connection processing method,Here the examples given are the actual production of the equipment for Merits and their applicable scope.The aim is to choose a reasonable manufacturing process for the actual production.in addition to provide reference to ensure tube-to-tubesheet connection joint quality.
