摘要
某榴弹在进行弹体及零部件结构强度试验时,产生近弹。经对其从结构设计、加工制造、装配工艺和工装等方面进行计算分析,并进行了射击验证试验,证明出现近弹的原因非产品结构设计问题,而是装配过程中底排工装使用不当造成。在批量生产时,按底排壳体具体尺寸及装配技术要求,应设计专用工装进行装配,可避免该问题的出现。
During the strength test of shell body and its parts in test site,certain long-range projectile is found dropout on base bleed(BB) pellet and produce short round.By calculating and analyzing the structure designing,machining and manufacturing,assembly process and using tooling of BB unit and conducting cutting and proving test,we prove that the reason of BB pellet dropout isn’t the product design but improper tooling during assembly.So while mass production,design special assembly tooling as the BB case body size and assembly requirements for BB unit and the problem can be resolved completely.
