摘要
机床夹具是机械制造业中不可或缺的重要工艺装备,所有机床定位装置的设计都是基于六点定位原理。气缸体作为典型的箱体类零件,其加工过程中的定位主要是采用一面两销定位。运用六点定位原理,分析机床夹具的失效模式对工件加工尺寸的影响,对工件加工尺寸的调整非常重要。
The Jig is an essential machinery manufacturing technology and equipment,all locating device for machine tool design is based on six-point positioning.Cylinder block as typical of box-type parts,its orientation during processing is mainly used two pins positioned.Use the six-point principle,failure mode analysis of machine tool fixture for machining dimensions impact of workpiece machining size adjustment is very important.
