摘要 甜蜜素 (环己氨基磺酸钠 )可与亚硝酸反应生成环己醇亚硝酸酯 ,正己烷萃取后与基体分离 ,经反相高效液相分离 ,紫外检测器检出 ,灵敏度高 ,准确度好 ,常见的食品添加剂均无干扰 ,适用于大部分食品样品的测定。 A new method for the determination of cyclamate in food by RP HPLC with pre column derivatization was proposed. Cyclohexanol nitrite produced by the reaction between cyclamate and nitrite under acidic media was extracted into n hexane from the reaction solution. Cyclohexanol nitrite in n hexane was separated on Shim pack CLC ODS column (6mm i.d.×150mm) with methanol ammonium acetate buffer solution (90∶10) as mobile phase and then detected by UV monitor at 230nm. The limit of detection was 10ng. The linear range for cyclamate is from 0 to 2.0mg. The proposed method was successfully applied to the measurement of cyclamate in food.
