由3,3‘-大位阻基团取代的1,1’-联二萘酚衍生的手性磷酸的合成研究

Preparation of chiral phosphoric acids derivated from BINOL involving bulky substituted groups on 3,3’-Position

摘要 通过改进suzuki偶联反应条件和引入Kumuda偶联反应,成功地在手性1,1‘-联二萘酚的3,3’-位引入了大位阻的9-蒽基和2,4,6-三异丙基苯基;并在此基础上成功地制备了相应的手性磷酸.产物经过1H-NMR和31P-NMR分析确认结构准确无误. The bulky 9- and 2,4,6-triisopropyl phenyl group is successfully introduced to 3,3'-position of chiral BINOL employing Suzuki coupling reaction and Kumuda coupling reaction, respectively. And the corresponding phosphoric acids are obtained after further derivation. The resulting products are confirmed by ^1 H-NMR and 3tP-NMR analysis.
