摘要
采用一种新的X射线荧光UNIQUANT软件分析方法,分析了土壤标准物质和未知样品,土壤标准物质的分析结果与标准值较吻合,除氧化钠和氧化镁的相对偏差较高外,其余氧化物的相对偏差在0~10%之间。
A new x-ray fluorescence analysis (XRFA) method,software UNIQUANT is introduced for soil certified reference material (CRM) and unknown sample.Compared with soil CRM certificate,a better determination result can be obtained with relative error being between 0 ~ 10% except sodium oxide and magnesium oxide.
