利妥昔单抗治疗小儿重型自身免疫性溶血性贫血2例分析

Durable Remission Treatment with Rituximab in Two Pediatric Patients with Severe Refractory Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia

利妥昔单抗在儿童自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)中的应用目前国内鲜见相关报道,仅见有限的成人AIHA应用案例。作为靶向治疗药物,国外已广泛应用于难治性或复发性自身免疫性疾病中。现对我院应用利妥昔单抗成功治疗儿童难治性重型AIHA2例进行临床分析,以期为临床儿童用药提供参考。

At present,it isn’t reported domestically that autoimmune hemolytic anemia （AIHA） is treated with rituximab in children and there are only a few adult cases in which rituximab is utilized. As targeted therapic drug,rituximab has been widely used to treat not only refractory but also palindromic AIHA overseas. This paper reports two pediatric patients with severe refractory AIHA of successfully treating with rituximab and provides a reference for the clinical use of drugs.
