摘要
为了响应WHO扩大免疫规划的号召,自2007年至今我国免疫规划内疫苗已达15种。在此背景下,现比较并分析了目前国内外国家免疫规划实际情况,以及世界范围内免疫规划外疫苗所预防疾病的疾病负担,从而探讨我国进一步扩大免疫规划的必要性,并提出相应建议以供公共卫生决策者参考。
In response to the WHO’s expanded programme on immunization,Chinese Government had included 15 kinds of vaccines into the national immunization program since 2007. Under this background,this study compared and analyzed the actual situation of the national immunization programs at home and abroad currently and the disease burden of immunization programs worldwide vaccine-pre-ventable diseases,and then discussed the necessity of further expanded programme on immunization,simultaneously made recommenda-tions for public health decision-makers.
