稀土元素对水稻种子萌发初期呼吸速率动态变化的影响及其定位初探

Effect of Rare Earth on Dynamic Change of Respiratory Rate and Position-Setting of Rare Earth Ions in Plants during Early Rice Germination

本文在前文工作的基础上 ,研究了稀土处理的水稻种子在萌发初期 (84小时 )内呼吸速率的动态变化 ,并提取了样品中的线粒体 ,用 ICP- MS法分析了其中的稀土元素含量。实验结果表明 :植物对稀土的吸收具有选择性 。

Based on the former paper,the dynamic change of respiratiry rate of rice during early germination has been studied,and the amounts of rare earth ions in chondriosome separated from samples were also determined by ICP-MS.It has been found that plant absorbs rare earth selectively.An indirect evidence was also given to the conclusion of rare earth ions entering into plant cells.
