区域文化产业增长关联指标体系及实证评价——以河北省为例

Relational Indicator System of Cultural Industry Growth and Demonstrable Assessment in Hebei Province

区域文化产业的发展受众多因素的影响,以河北省2006-2011年相关统计数据为依据构建了评价指标体系,并运用灰色关联度分析方法对河北省文化产业高速增长的关联性因素作了定量分析。河北文化产业的高速发展与政府支持、相关产业支撑和产业需求关联度较高,产业基础和人力支撑在促进省域文化产业增长中作用偏低。河北省应积极发挥政府职能,建立和扩大现代文化市场体系,做好引导文化产业消费和人才支撑等方面的工作。

The development of regional cultural industry is affected by many factors. According to relevant sta-tistical data from 2006 to 2011 in Hebei Province,the evaluation index system is built,and connecting factors for Hebei high growth of cultural industy are measured by grey relevant analysis. The fast development of Hebei cultur-al industry is closely related to government support, related industries and industry demand;but the industrial foun- dation and human capital have little effect on the promotion of cultural industry. Therefore ,the provincial govern-ment needs to give play to administrative function, establish and expand modern cultural market system, and well di-rect cultural consumption and talent support.
