摘要
采用项目全过程教学法的房地产估价实训课程教学,以项目为导向,设计了前期准备、项目实施、项目验收及成绩测评等教学流程,形成了包括估价准备、分组模拟估价事务所、制定估价方案、实地查勘、测算价值、撰写报告、互评、总结等教学环节。在实训中,应重新认识学生与教师的角色地位,培养学生自主协同学习能力,引导学生树立"躬身入内"的理念。
Based on the teaching method of the whole project process, the teaching process of real estate ap-praisal training is designed with pre-preparation, project implementation, project acceptance and performance eval-uation and so on. The procedure of real estate appraisal practical teaching includes appraisal preparation, groups simulating company appraisal workflow,appraisal plan making,project checking,value estimating,report writing, peer-assessment, and summarizing. In the training, the role of student and teacher needs to be rediscovered, self-learning ability cultivated, and the "bending entry" philosophy established.
