空间重组因子1/乙型肝炎病毒X相关蛋白在卵巢癌中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 卵巢癌是致死性很高的妇科肿瘤之一,虽然新的化疗方案改善了患者的5年生存率,但卵巢癌患者的总体存活率一直没有太大改善,人们试图通过分子病因、分子标志及分子靶点等多方面取得突破。Shih等在11号染色体长臂1区3带5亚带发现了13个扩增基因,接着他们在该亚带有基因扩增的10例高度恶性卵巢癌组织中发现,以上扩增基因中空间重组因子1/乙型肝炎病毒X相关蛋白（Rsf-1/HBXAP）是惟一一个在所有被测卵巢癌组织中均有表达的癌基因。
