摘要
目前,加强人才教育的理论和实践创新,为提升国家自主创新能力提供强大的人才支撑成为当务之急。从微观人才教育的目标转型、体系创新、基本原则、分类实施4个方面论及施教理念的重树问题。
It is ing to provide of educational principles and of practical significance to strengthen the theoretical and practical innovation of talent train-the support for national self-innovation competence. The paper discusses the reconstruction conceptions from four aspects of target transformation, systematic innovation, fundamental sorted implementation.
