高校教学档案是进行教学研究、教学改革、教学经验交流、课程建设的重要平台。加强教学档案管理需要加强教学档案普法教育力度,强化档案管理意识;建立健全教学档案管理工作规章制度,促进教学档案管理规范化建设;健全教学档案的收集、归档制度;加快教学档案管理的系统化、现代化建设;建立教学档案评价指标,强化教学档案的监督职能;加强教学档案管理队伍建设,提高档案工作人员素质;加强教学档案信息资源的开发利用。

College teaching archive is the important platform for teaching research, reform, experience ex-change and curriculum construction. To enhance the management of college teaching archives, it is expec-ted to strengthen the law dissemination and management consciousness; to establish and improve the rules and regulations for management standardization~ to improve the collecting and arehiving, and the modern and systematic construction; to establish the assessing indicators, and reinforce the supervision; to strengthen team construction and improve the personnel quality. The last is to enhance the development and utilization of information resources.
